Okay, so we have these lockers where we all put our clothes and books in for soccer. And today I had an away game, but when I came back to get my stuff, the locker room was closed, so now I can't do my homework. I would just tell my teachers tommorrow about my problem, and ask them for another day to turn in my homework, but now I won't have anything to bring to class either since my binder is in the locker. I don't think I can get my stuff before school either because I'm not sure who has a key, and so I would only be able to get my stuff 6th period when we all change. Should I go to school anyways even though it is like pointless, or just stay home, and get my books after school when the lockers are open and do all of my homework tomorrow?

No Sweetheart.
Avoiding it doesn't make it go away - it usually just makes things worse...
Go to your Mom or Dad, now, and tell them what happened. Then have them write a note to your teacher(s) - explaining what happened and, asking whoever is in charge to allow you to get your things first thing in the morning.
If they want to lecture you instead of writing you a note, then go to school in the morning, and look for your favorite teacher and see if they can help you. If you don't have time to do that in the morning, then, at the beginning of your first class, explain your situation to your first teacher. Just see if he/she will write you a hall pass so you can go to the locker then to get your stuff. If he or she says no, then do the exact same thing in your second class. One of your teachers is going to let you get your things...

Don't waste your time avoiding things Sweetheart. Face things head-on! It's ok to "feel the fear" - but walk thru it anyway! You'll be fine - and happier in the long run. God bless you. :)

hey go to school and tell them what happened, and take some extra paper or a note book with you and take notes down during those 6 periods. maybe you can talk to one of the teachers and they'd allow you to go to the locker room before the 6th period to get your stuff.

not to worry, everything will be OK, just go to school and talk to your teachers.

well sonya, im sure you have buddies and friends who you could call and borrow their book to do your homework. or email them and tell them what happen. they might let you copy theirs if it was say mindless work that you always do. or have your parents write you a note or your coach who is a faculty member explaining what happen. if you are a good student with no priors they will be nice and let you make it up.

i think you should go to school with a notepad so you cud jot down important points in class and when it's 6th period get your binder and go home and do your homework. explain to your teachers what happened. am sure they would understand

go to school, it's never pointless to report for class - with or without books. at least give your teachers a heads up on what happened.

Go to school. Thats where your friends will be. Thats where you have fun and thats where you make plans for the party. The teachers will love you for being responsable and your parents will be elated. This is a no brainer. GO TO SCHOOL SILLY !!!.

I would stay home since your teachers would probably think you are lying anyway. Make sure you call people from your classes and see if you missed anything important.
