I am trying to lose weight post pregnancy. Has anyone here successfully tries Wu Long tea for weight loss? any side effects? testimonials will help.

Drinking any liquid in lieu of eating would result in weight loss. There is no "magic" drink or everyone in the world would be drinking wu long tea & we wouldn't be seeing fat people. You & I both know the only way to lose weight is by taking in fewer calories than you use...along with exercise.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I am not familiar with that exact brand. I can tell you that most likely it contains senna which is a laxative. It is similiar to what is in sennacote and over the counter constipation med. Give it a try but you might want to try it first when you will be home near the toilet. You still need to eat a sensible diet and exercise but the tea can help you some. Good luck.
