I absolutely love roller coasters. My father took me on my first roller coaster when I was 5 years old which was 'The Big bad Wolf' at Busch Gardens Virginia. Then my first upside rollercoaster was at the same place which was the Loch Ness Monster and I was 14. I was scared to death! I kept saying omg Im going to die, Im going to die, Im going to DIE! Then when it was over I wanted to do it again lol. That got me hooked and living in New Jersey I have Six Flags Great adventure just 45 minutes away so I get to enjoy Roller coasters as much as I want :)

I pray. Really, I am terrified of roller coasters but have ridden every coaster in a 4 state area. The things you do for your children even when they are adults. I love them once I am over the 1st hill.

If you mean pumped up,.....
Think that you might never have the chance to do it again. Say to yourself that if you don't do it, you will always be scared of that roller-coaster. When I was with my friend at the amusement park, she wouldn't go on this one roller-coaster. I made her do it and it became her favorite ride at the park. Just tell yourself that you have to do it.

All you have to do is get in line. Your pushy sister or little brother will make sure you don't chicken out. Try riding some virtual coasters online to get use to it. They are really super fun. I love the loop inverted coasters. iron dragon, the raptor, and all of the others at Cedar Point and Darien Lake
The Texas Twister was always my favorite ride. it was up to the computer as to how many spins you got upside down. wooo-hoooo

Hyperventilate during the long wait in the line. Then panic hard as if you are grasping for your last breath. When they chain you down shake as if you are trying to escape the electric chair. Once you start going up, you'll see your life flash. Then he ride down, scream as if you are going to die. A few minutes later you get up and start the fun all over again.

I used to be terrified and would never go on anything upside-down! My mom went with me on my first upside-down one and kept reassuring me that it would be fun.....guess what? It was! I now love roller coasters and am first in line.

I was scared ofa rollercoaster once. I simply jsut kept walking towards the entrance of it despite my unwillingness to ride it. Once I was at the ticketholder, it wasw too late and on it i had to go. One the of best times of my life :)
Just force yourself to walk up to it lol. Once you get toa certain point there is no turning back. Don't bother thinking about it, just do it.
