Chris Warren aka Chris Warren band aka The DX Band, similar sound to Rage and vocals of La Roca but it's not Rage Against the Machine
the song is called "Break It Down"

The original version was Rage Against the Machine. Chris Warren did his own version, but it is different. They are currently using Rage's version!
