What answer are you looking for? The value of c? Is your equation |3c+3|+7>13 (| | = absolute value signs?). If so,
|3c+3| > 5

3c+3 > 5 or 3c+3 < -5

From the first

c > 2/3

From the second 3c < -8,

c < -8/3
