I lived in Columbus, Ohio which is in between the two and it took 1 1/2 to 2 hours to reach both places. So about 3-4 hours depending on how fast you drive. It's about 244 miles.

According to Google Maps, it is 243 miles by car, which means it is most likely somewhere over 200 miles "as the crow flies."
The other guy who answered spelled Cincinnati wrong and got a bad reading on Yahoo Maps.
