i had to. i have two french bulldogs and if u dont smile at them youll cry. these poor thoings have more medical problems than any other living being i know of

Sure, I smile at my cats and fish everyday. Though I don't think they recognize the weird teeth baring 'peace' expression of Homo sapiens as something good. They respond to more overt expressions of kindness: physical contact (well, not usually with the fish), feeding, cleaning, secure ennvironment.

Yes I did. At my home I have a lot of bird feeders in the yard and I smile a lot at all of the beautiful birds that come to feed.

Yes actully, i did. I found this cat in my appartment hall way that got locked out of his appartment. So i took care of him for the day until the owners got back..he was so cute... they were so pleased to see him okay and back...i dunno how they could have done that but it was nice to have put a smile on their face when he was returned...and yes of course i smiled at him :)

Yes, there isn't a day that goes by that I don't smile at my dogs....I have to, they're just so darn cute....even when they're in trouble.
