middle name will be my mom name " Roya" which means dream in Persian.
but we will call our baby "Kiana" only

Kiana means 'Living with Grace'. Yes its a beautiful name. Very pretty and attractive as well. I like it very much :)

I have a friend that has lived in Hawaii for many years, she is raising her kids there and she named her daughter Kiana, she said it is popular among Hawaiians. Very cute.

Yes its different and cant be mistaken for another my son and his wife named their daughter Tenzin after the Dali Lamma and it surprised everyone but now its old hat to say come here Tenni

Actually that's the name my mom wanted for my baby girl. (7 months pregnant). But my DH wasn't crazy about it, so we are gonna name her Karianne. My mom suggested Kianah with the h at the end tho.
I think it's pretty, you should stick with it.

That's my cousins name! I think it's beautiful, of course her nickname is 'nana,' cuz her little brother can't pronounce Kiana. (so cute!)
