Watch and learn. The fact that you know they want to cheat will help you recognize the pattern in others. Some cheaters techniques have applications in more honest ventures. Not all cheaters get caught and sometimes that is for the best (competing pharmaceutical companies). If they are obviously going to hurt themselves or someone else (Med students cheating on an exam) turn them in. Dumping and doing nothing gets nobody anywhere. Watch, Learn, and take action.
