Several years ago I found a game of Star Wars that was more like playing the movies then most games based on them. It was all most like watching the movies.. Very graphic scenes.

you set or stood (Depending on the console) and used a joystick and fire button. if you hit it at the right times you might perform a specil attack.

I would love to know if this is planned to ever be released on a game console?

Please let me know.

I'm guessing you are thinking of the Star Wars Trilogy Arcade game - you could fly in the Battle of Yavin and destroy the Death Star, then participate in the Battle of Hoth, both on the ground and in a snowspeeder, then fight stormtroopers and biker scouts on Endor, before attacking the Death Star II, and dueling against Darth Vader with a lightsaber.

It was released in 1998 from Sega.

It has never been released as a console version.

I know what jawajames is talking about! They had the arcade game of that in the Towne East Mall of my city, Wichita, KS. Me and my friend played it. As bosses, I think there was Boba Fett and Darth Vader. I enjoyed it, but that was a while back since I played it, so I can't remember most of it.... :(

I thought they released it on consoles as rebel assault 1 and 2.

When I say consoles, I mean very few. I think it was released on playstation 1 (rebel assault 2), mega cd (rebel assault 1) and on pc (both)
