I dont eat before the practices and I just feel like vomiting. And i am not pressured, well kinda. For example if we have to run suicides and do it in a certain amount of time period, and if u dont, team has to run again. so when i do the suicides, the time pressures me and then i run so i can beat the time, but then i feel like i need to throw up because of the running.

If you want to eat before a game and see how it goes, try light foods that fill, like pop corn. dont eat too much or you will vomit. if you dont eat, you may faint, which is pretty embarrassing too if you ask me. but i think that it could be the way that you breathe...i know it sounds weird but the way that you breathe when you run may affect the way you feel. try to control the breathing, try to breathe in through the nose then out the mouth, thats best but hard to keep up.

Base on what you wrote, I think it will be advise to eat before the game or the practice. But when it do not help, you might wanna consider you sleep hours. When I was an athlete, my sleep hours are really important. When you sleep late or you do not get enough hours to sleep, you will have less energy. And the result is that your body will weaken, and one of the effects is that you might feel throwing up during your practices. Also, you might wanna warming up before you do your run or practice. Also you need to check wether the food that you've been eating is good for your health. And if those advices still won't help, you might wanna see you physician. Good Luck!

I think your issue is anxiety and excitement. Try relaxing before practice/game and don't think too much.

EAT SOMETHING BEFORE YOU PRACTICE. IF THIS CONTINUES, GO SEE A DOCTOR.
