unless she has missed a period then its very unlikely. a itchy breast can mean anything and its not really what you would class as a pregnancy symptom.

if she is that worried then tell her to get a tesat and that will tell her the answer.

if your boyfriend (i'm guessing that is boyfriend??) is having sex with someone else you shouldn't be worried if the girl got pregnant, you should leave him and get tested for std's. if bf is meaning best friend, tell her learn from her mistakes and use a condom next time, and take a pregnancy test if she misses her period.
