I love:

Michaela Jane....it makes me think of a country singer named Michaela who was SO NICE!

Julia Marie.........Did you have Seinfeld on the brain? It's the perfect combination of Julia Louis-Dreyfus's attractive name and Elaine Marie Benes's cool name.

I prefer JM, but they're both cute.

I like Michaela. Genevieve is next. I'm not such a fan of Lynn or Jane unless they are family names or have a deeper meaning in which case great.

I love all forms of Michael and when naming my daughters, I chose strong boy-derived names for their middle names (Alexandra and Ryan). With that said, not a fan of Michaela. Love Jane--completely understated and simple. Who will your daughter be?

I choose a different combination for you to consider:

Genevieve Michael
Genevieve Michel (as alternate spelling) OR a softer version:
Jane Michael

Genevieve looks like a strong name, but is very soft to me and can carry a strong middle name. Genevieve, the patron saint of Paris, inspired the city to resist the Huns in the 5th century. Incidentally, Genevieve finds its roots in France, as does the alternate spelling of Michel.

French form of MICHAEL. Michel de Notredame, also known as Nostradamus, was the 16th-century French astrologer who made predictions about future world events.

Best of luck and congratulations!
