I haven't used it in a long time but I had a page there for a while.
Or do a google search on 'free web host'
You'll get a great many hits.
Or go to http://www.free-webhosts.com/
they rate and review web hosts, which may help you decide which is right for you.
I've used a bunch and its pretty much finding one that your comfortable with and enjoy more than anything.

how i did mine is go to freehomepage.com then download dreamweaver then find html pages around the web that has layouts for you for free sometimes you have to sign up but that it then just edit with dreamweaver and put in on the web by editing the site manager and that it see mine i did it that way www.foxybrownjr.freehomepage.com
