Yes, extremely tasty but you need a little bit of butter with a slight hint of garlic and cilantro.

They actually are! You will need a few for a filling meal. Saute them in butter with some garlic and onion. When you remove them from the pan, quickly sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese! TASTY!

maybe to another fish or raccoon, but they are bottom feeders, and full of tiny bones, so its not worth skinning and gutting them
