Perhaps you are failing yourself. Try to work harder, and stop making excuses.

Do you mean you do not have a passing grade? or your teacher is unable to deliver the content in a way that you will be adequately prepared for the future? If it is the first one, then maybe you should hire a tutor to help make up the difference in your current level of knowledge and the teachers expectations of you. If it is the latter then I would request a change of teacher at the end of the semester if at all possible. Also a tutor would be beneficial here too. Find someone that survived the class before you and learn from them.

Try studying more ... but if you really think that it's unfair, compare your grade with other students in the class. If they have similar content, but pass, then she may be purposely failing you. Then you should talk to her about why you earned a failing grade and how you could improve it. Sometimes students think that they are victims, but quite often, they aren't, they just don't work hard enough even though they say that they do.

She can not fail you if you are doing your work and showing that you have mastered the knowledge in tests and homework. My guess is you have not done those things. You are failing, she is just reporting the grade. So it stands to reason you can get yourself to pass and she will have to record that grade as well. First do all your work on time. Second make sure all your work is complete. Third quality is a legitimate issue, you need to show her work that shows you have the knowledge, study for tests and spend time on your homework.

Teachers do not fail students. They just average the grades that students earn for themselves.

My advice...go talk with your teacher, ask what your grade is at this time (actually you should be able to do this for yourself...but this way you open the conversation) Ask the teacher what you might be able to do, even at this late date, to improve your grade. If the answer is nothing because it is too late...well, start thinking about what you are going to do differently next grading period...tell your parents about the failure and what you are going to do differently next time. And then, really do it!

the teacher is not failing you, You are failing yourself.
there may still be enough time to really work hard to get your grades up . talk to your teacher and let your teacher know that you want to work harder and what can you do to improve.

Your teacher is failing you eh? If you're doing your work, and passing as far as what you do in class, and you can present that proof in an instant, and she's still failing you, there needs to be some action taken. Ciao!

this is coming from a student, the teacher usually sets up a rubric for the class, saying how much this counts, how much that counts, well if you do all you homework, participate in class, study hard for tests and quizzes that f will most definitely havet to come to a b or an a, considering how hard you study

Ask them to talk with you about what has gone wrong. Is there anything you can do to work harder to either catch up or help your grades. Be honest with explaining that you need their help.
And starting now - work harder! Education is very important!

Uh here's a novel idea...
study, do your homework, participate in class, don't skip class, and pass the tests. That should pull your grade up right away.
