I can't record and set as a ringtone on my phone, what can I do?

I need a new ringtone, these on my phone are extremley...well...gay. lol
I need a site thats free with no weekly junk or monthly junk or paying. Any suggestions?

I'll be watching this one because I wonder the same thing. Maybe you just need a new phone able to receive ringtones.
