Whenever I bring it up, she ignores the topic, and when we're making out, and nearly at the point, she just eases herself out of the situation. I kept asking her, and she finally said she didn't want to have sex yet. I thought we could start bringing our relationship to the next level, but she won't cooperate. What should I do???? How do I convince her that we can take it to the next level?

Give her the time she needs. You cannot convince her that it's time. Only she knows when the time is right for her. Do not pressure her to do anything she doesn't want to do. That will only make her more uncomfortable. Let her know that you're ok with it, and you will wait for her until she's ready. If you truly love her, this shouldn't be a problem for you.

How old are you? Do you love her? She probably doesn't want to have sex with someone unless she's in love and contemplating marriage. OR, she's just not ready, OR she's not all that into you. If you force a girl to have sex and she's not ready...that is rape. Don't go there! You are asking for something she's not ready to give. Don't pressure her. If you can't stop what you are doing, go find another girlfriend. This one seems too nice for you, maybe, since you seem more interested in having sex than making her happy.

You need to just be patient and understanding with her. Some girls are frightened of sex if this is her first time or if she has had a bad sexual encounter in the past. Take things slow. Try less "trying to" and more romantic signs of affection. Act like the not having sex part bothers you. Trust me, she will come around. :-)
PS. I am not sure how old you are, but please be sure both of you are protected. I am not trying to sound like a mommy, but so many youth today ruin their lives for a few minutes of pleasure---hardly worth it.

First of all, I wouldn't force her to have sex with you. If she doesn't feel ready then you should be able to wait if you really love her. Personally, I think waiting until marriage isthe right thing. If you do want to have sex, just wait, Im sure she will eventually come around. How long have you been dating for?

you cannot force somebody into something like this.. if you loved her you wouldn't push
im thinking you are not even mature enough to be havin sex. if u were 1), you wouldnt be asking people when you can have sex.
2) u'd respect her decision and wouldnt be asking what to do about her not wanting to go to "go to the next level"
dont be a jerk and let it be.
its not the end of the world if you dont have sex

You shouldn't have to convince her. You don't say how long you've been dating. You need to get to know each other better. It should be a mutual decision. Be patient. The path you need to follow will become obvious to both of you eventually.

i read all sorts of nonsense on this site about people who dont quite know how they for pregnant: we did it in water, she was on top, the condom was on at the end, we still had our underwear on, she was on her period, there may have been sperm on my hands when u touched her, she jumped backward after we did it...
