their authorized agents signed us up with the wrong plan (family plan without the unlimited nights). Which we incured $400 the next month on over time usage. And when we dial #MIN# to see how much much we used, it never show more then 800 whenever minutes which was in our plan. If we see 801 we would of stop and turn off the phone until the next billing cycle unless we knowly willing to pay .40/minutes. We tried and check a few times on all 3 of our phones to see if we are charge for the minutes after 9pm, but everytime we make a call and then check our minutes by dialing #MIN#, it never increases, it stay the same at 800 minutes. If we see an increase we would of known that we did not get the unlimited nights/weekend plan. By the time we find out from the bill, we incured 1000 + minutes about $400. We call T mobile and the authorized agent, they don't want to give me my money back. Is there negligent and deceptive practice?
