I dont eat before the practices and I just feel like vomiting. And i am not pressured, well kinda. For example if we have to run suicides and do it in a certain amount of time period, and if u dont, team has to run again. so when i do the suicides, the time pressures me and then i run so i can beat the time, but then i feel like i need to throw up because of the running.

Make sure you leave plenty of time after eating to digest your food.
Also, make sure to start off with lots of stretching, followed by some light jogging, and some shooting.
Make sure you're giving your body enough time to warm up, otherwise you will have some unpleasant results.

Whenever you feel like throwing up, just do it! It is an indication that your body needs some detoxification! Who knows what is inside your body? Once everything is cleared from your body, keep a lemon with you whenever you go out jogging, running or playing, and you smell the lemon whenever you feel like throwing up again! Then consume a little water. You should be okay.

.I would not eat a heavy meal before playing as it will lay in your stomach. Hence the reason for feeling sick. Best to have just a light snack

I think you are not breathing correctly or that you are just putting too much pressure on yourself. Think about the way you breath while you run, yes! you should be breathing at a certain rate. about the other thing, don't push yourself too much, it will harm you and you won't be able to play.

Try not to eat before playing and do some stretches. Drink plenty of fluids (especially water) too.

Sorry, but the best bet is to see a physician. I wouldn't rely on anyone's off-hand advice off the internet.

well it could be your nerves that makes you sick at your stomach or could be tension . Do you feel like you are under pressure or someone watching you to see if you make mistakes?
