No -- a person's skin color does not affect their smell. However, what someone eats WILL affect their smell. I lived in an apartment building that was 99% Latino and I noticed that my neighbors' sweat would often smell differently -- I finally figured out that it often smelled similar to cilantro. Also, people tend to smell like the cooking that goes on in their houses, so if they eat a lot of Indian or Korean food, they'll smell different than someone who eats oatmeal all day. My aunt (caucasian) does a lot of frying and she and her house have a distinct oil-droplets-in-air smell which I find very comforting because she's a wonderful person.

If whites don't wash and blacks don't wash the smell is the same.
One or the other either can smell badly if one does not use the proper hygiene .
Now what is the question. people with remarks like this
do really smell. Do you wish to be categorized as a people hater.
Think W W J D.
Please think with peace joy and harmony in your heart.
This kind of question isn't really appropriate is it now really.

I would say from personal experience that white people's body odor is worse than black people. I would also say that black people's hair has a specific smell that is different than most, I don't want to call it greasy, but it's similar to that and has a distinct smell.

No, i have smelled some pretty nasty white armpits. Odor is caused by bacteria and chemical make up, everyone's is different irregardless of color the scent you give off does not determine your race.

We are all human. If we all have different aromas then that's the way it is. Get used to it. African American's might think Caucasians smell bad. So don't ask absurd questions like that.
