His almost-book "If I Did It" could have spawned a whole new genre of literature: the "theoretical confession," where the author details exactly how his villainous acts would have been carried out...except of course that he did nothing of the sort. I'd like to know which books of this kind you'd like to see written. For starters, I'll volunteer two: "If I'd Really Gassed the Kurds," by Saddam Hussein, and "If I Were Really on Steroids," by Barry Bonds. Get it? Let's see what you can come up with...good luck.

What was he thinking? I wish he would just go ahead and confess. He can't go to prison or be convicted for it because the double jeopardy law protects him from that, right?
That goes for Scott Peterson too... I'm so sure he killed Laci, and he's already locked up for it, so why not just go ahead and admit it?
