Who are saying that they're sell outs, they're fake and all this other ****. Um...they aren't sells outs and to the one that said they're fans bug them. Well I'm sorry but I don't give a f*** who I bug because Hilary Duff fans and all these other poser band fans annoy the h*** outta me. But to the ones that say they like MCR you guy are f***ing awesome.

I think MCR will always have haters, and there's nothing you can do about that. But it doesn't really matter to me because I know that I love them and no one's opinion can change that. Like Gerard says, it's always good to have a few enemies...lol! They are an inspiration and Gerard is an amazing guy. They are all super talented and great at what they do and I hope they keep on making music for years to come because I couldn't live without my daily dose of MCR!!

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion and there are some who will criticize it because of the new style of rock music nowadays. Many people will not like Green Day, Blink 182, or Sum 41 and I like those bands. Some people said that those bands aren't good and are commercial garbage but I don't think so because rock music has evolved along the way and nowadays rock music is compared to what it was back then and some people will say that the new rock music sucks because they are still loyal to the old style. I don't think MCR sucks, I think their music is okay, some think it's good, and a few will think it's bad because they either don't like it at all or their stuck in the old 70's and 80's style.

I'm a huge fan of MCR. Have been for a long time.
Any singer/band that gets really famous is called a sell out. I wouldn't take that comment seriously. I see these musicians just like the rest of us working stiffs, doing what we can to get the big bucks. They just get the joy of doing something they love to earn those big paychecks.
Also, there are gonna be haters out there, don't be discouraged by them. We all are entitled to our opinons. They don't like them, so what. We do. That's all that matters. Right?

Hate them. Their music is not good or catchy. The way they dress is so lame, they're trying way too hard to be so ultra alternative and "hip." This crappy band will not stand the test of time and fade away. This crappy type of a "band" usually only appeals to the lame middle school and high school children who don't know what real music is. If it's on MTV is must be great! It's ok, you'll all grow up someday :)

I simply do not like the kind of music they make. They may be fine upstanding individuals, but their music annoys me, although their second album is not as bad as the first. You asked in your question whether or not I liked MCR and why, and that's your answer, so please don't be hypocritical and toast me like you did the people above, who were also answering.

dislike immensly.
they dont Do anything! they dont impress me. they are not talented musicians/songwriters. they focus A LOT on image. they are really unnecessary. and their fans bug me!
also, they are NOT punk!
