On November 22, 1963, while on his way to make a luncheon speech in Dallas, Texas, Kennedy and his wife sat in an open convertible waving to the crowds who had gathered to greet him. Suddenly, as the motorcade approached an underpass, an assassin fired several shots, striking the President in the neck and head. He was pronounced dead at Parkland Memorial Hospital, never regaining consciousness. The bullets that killed Kennedy were fired from the window of a nearby warehouse.

Yes. Elm Street at Dealey Plaza
The Texas Book Depository Warehouse still stands there and has been turned into the JFK Museum. A very thorough and interesting exibit with many pictures and artifacts. They even have the actual window encased in a display.
It explains the many theories behind the assassination.
I still believe there was a conspiracy. Oswald did not act alone.

Yes, at Dealy Plaza I think was the name. I was there a few years ago. It was rather unremarkable. I don't know why but I expected more when I saw it, I also felt the same way about South Fork Ranch from the TV show Dallas.

Yes, the President s limousine turned left onto Elm Street from Sam Houston Street. At the intersection, to the right of the motorcade, sat the Texas Schoolbook Depository, from which Lee Harvey Oswald fired three shots, two of which hit President Kennedy in the neck and then in the head, killing him instantly.

No. He was shot in the head on Pennsylvania, Avenue N.W. in Washington, D.C. while he was riding in the back seat of a convertible. Standing up waving to the public, with his wife, the First Lady - Jacqueline (Jackie) Kennedy seated next to him.
