After the fractured foot surgery back in June, doctor had told me no running, jumping, dancing till December. Well it's now December, and I'm still limpin like a fool. I ran on a treadmill the other day and the next day my toes were killing me. Hair is still growing long around the foot and it's numbing so I think it has not healed completely yet. Any tips on how I can slowly rehabilitate the foot? What exercises? Or Should I just wait a little longer before I do anything?

You need supervised PT-you can't rehab yourself if you do not know how and you won't learn about correct PT in Answers alone.

ouch :(
healing in the metatarsals is sort of a tricky business...
if the Dr didn't recommend a cast or some sort of stiff sole for your shoes then it doesnt sound like it could be very serious, and also probably why he didn't suggest you stay off the foot for a little while. i'd suggest physiotherapy a couple times a week...especially because you're getting numbing, which to me suggests problems with blood supply or innervation.
