My nationality is american. My race is caucasian.

Nationality is where you came from, race is more based on skin color and where your ancestors originated from.

Race is the scientific term to distinguish two different groups of the same species of an animal or a plant. For example; a beaver with a bill that curves upward, and another beaver with a bill that curves downward. Both are the same species, each is distinct from the other. So they are classified scientifically as two different races.

Now people do not have such distinct differences. We have different skin colors, and slight face differences, but not enough differences to scientifically classify us into different races.

When we "say" a "racial" remark, we are actually being predjuice. Such as difference in height, skin color, etc.

So what does that mean? It means that people who we are told are "very smart," are not smart at all! Look at Reverend Jackson. He SHOULD know the difference between race and predjuice. But he does NOT. Everytime he says "race," against black people, he is saying nonsence!! Nationality is what country you are from. Again, if you are BORN in the United States, you are an AMERICAN. You are NOT African-American, Italian-American, British-American. You are American. Again, when people say that they are French-American, etc. - that is NONSENCE. You cannot be two countries. You are the country you are born in.

There is no opinion about it, do you want opinions or facts? The definitions and meanings of these words are not based on opinion but fact. Race has to do with your blood and specific people group, not opinion , and nationality has to do with the nation you are a part of or come from. Your race and nationality may coincide or they may not. A nation is defined by borders language and culture. Race is defined by your blood line. If someone uses the words wrongly, that still does not change the facts. A nation can contain different races. Opinion doesn't matter.

Nationality is the country where you're from or born in. Race is what color you are or in a general sense, where you're from. For instance, you wouldn't say your nationality is European. That's your race. Or if you're black, that would be your race. But if you said that you're from Nigeria, that's your nationality. Easy.
