We have lobster rolls as a tradition. Can't aford lobster rolls all the time so this is one of the years for crab rolls. We've also been adding shrimp and seafood sauce. We do the same on New Years Eve. Have a good one.
The scrimp is separate. Not on the roll.

Ok, if it's King crab legs, I'd start with a (home made!) clam chowder, and then move on to the crab legs, which I'd serve with crusty hot french bread, whatever green vegetable you like (I'd suggest steamed broccoli), a relish tray (you know, celery, radishes, olives, dill pickles, that sort of thing), and perhaps a cheese quiche.

For dessert, you couldn't go wrong with raspberry sherbet and fresh fruit.

I like to do kind of a buffet type of thing because it's so busy around here on Christmas..we do seafood like shrimp and smoked oysters, but also cracker and all kind of cheeses and that type of thing. It's great when your busy and it's nice to bring it all out again on Christmas Day without having to actually prepare a bunch of stuff again. Crab would fit in nicely with that type of thing.
