I went and seen this movie with my Dad (of all people)
I was in shock and totally embarrassed. I can't believe this was even produced. IMO, don't waste your time or money, also wery degrading to Jews. I give this a thumbs down.

If you thought it was either degrading to Jews or made fun of "dumb foreigners" you missed the point. It's a satire. By making such obviously over-the-top jokes about Jews it was meant to make a mockery of anti-Semitism. And the "dumb foreigner" routine was to point out the laughable aspects of *American* culture.

you have to have a fairly evolved AND lowbrow sense of humor to enjoy that fantastically funny and irreverant movie. by the way sacha baron cohen is a practicing kosher Jew. He is celebrating the fact that "if you can't laugh at yourself".........

I agree with you!!! This movie sucked so much! It's so dumb! That was a bunch of nonsense!! I went to see it but then I walked away in the middle of it! I couldn't stand it!!!

I TOTALLY agree. I think he is so unfunny and embarrassing. I don't think making fun of "dumb foreigners" is funny, I think its cheap and stupid. I have to admit I like his other character Ali G though sometimes.
