Some people deny the Holocaust. There is a guy in jail in Austria right now for writing books denying the Holocaust of Nazi Germany.

People have written books about how the Holocaust never happened. It proves you can write a book about anything and some poor fool with believe what he reads.

It is easy to deny what you do not see and the old photos and films of the tragedy are probably suspected of being faked by those in denial of the event.

I am very staunchly anti Zionist, but having known Jews with serial numbers on their arms and some who have been physically mutilated by the Germans, I know for a fact that something awful happened to them. The Holocaust did occur, there is plenty of photographic evidence as well as first hand accounts.

But that does not give them the right to take Palestinian land. The history of Jew-hating is a Christian and European phenomenon, It is not Arabic or Muslim.

I believe that Israel is the main cause of Middle Eastern bloodshed (and possibly the main perpetrator besides the US). If Israel is out of the equation, that entire area will no longer be such a hotbed.

Richard W, read some of the real history of how Palestinians (Muslim, Jew and Christian) were thrown off their farms and out of their homes. Read about how those who resisted were killed. Read how the landless farmers went to the cities to find work to feed their families and they couldn't get work because of the formation of European Jewish unions.

Read how the Palestinians were herded off to refugee camps and when they started to build houses there, the Israeli bull-dozers flatten all of them. If they were wandering nomads, it's because the Israelis destroyed the infrastructure of their society. Israel is still doing that today!

It is as if these folks are saying that because they did not see (fill in the blank) happen it could not have occurred. Further, it is also as if it is the case if someone does not believe in gravity, the theory of relativity and so on. The Holocaust is an actual historical event that happened with the lifetime of many who are still alive.

There is no argument as the facts and documentary film footage reveal the truth. It's just morons who would if they could say that slavery in America never existed and deny that all the atrocities of the world despite their validity had never occurred. These are the instigators of the world, the imps that we could only wish would vanish from the world.

The Palestinian state as a country has never existed.
They were a loosely organized band of nomads that wandered throughout the middle east.
They were never really part of any country.
They were created to foster discontent among the masses in Israels neighbors.
If you were a dictator & had a prosperous & democratic country right next door, your people might start to ask... why can't we be like that?
Free to choose our leaders, able to get ahead by hard work (instead of the largesse of the government or some warlord).
They had to make Israel out to be evil and devils or they would have lost their hold over their people.

There is no argument really, just so many generations of racial hatred that they be live these claims without evidence. Or should I say in spite of the evidence to the contrary? It's no different than the learned racism that some people still have toward blacks in this country.

For many, the horrors committed are so intense and unbelievable, that people don't want to believe they happened. The truely sad fact is that so many people in power have the doubts that cause others to have doubts, etc.

It happened, it's true, and you should not forget the power of evil.
