My top eyelashes are pretty long but the bottom ones arent that long is there a way to make them stand out more.I don't mean by using by eyeliner.

There is something that you put on like mascara but its not mascara... its eye lash conditioner and it makes your eyelashes grow longer quicker, you'll probably find it in the cosmetics section at walmart or something.

Well I did this once on a dare. My friend dared me to cut half of my eyelashes. The bottom ones. In like a month I noticed they grew all back healthier and longer. They are stronger. I figured this once accidentaly and have not done it again but hey they grew prettier back. And anyway no one really pays attention to your bottom lashes so don't worry. If you do try fake eyelashes or a mascara that makes your lashes longer. Maybelline and Covergirl are good brands.

Use the kind of mascara that you put a white layer first then the black. Loreal and Revlon have it. Its the same mascara brush but the first step is the white then the mascara. It makes lashes longer.

Apply refined castor oil lightly on the roots of your eye lashes before going to sleep for a month. Lashes grow thicker.

They are a pre-determined length. You mean by not using mascara? I think your eyelashes are probably just right for your face, but... you could try the fake ones?
Huh! I haven't heard of that one answer above that conditioning mascara-like stuff can make them grow. Maybe it just makes them appear to have grown? :)

Try using Vitamins such as folic acid, vitamin E and vitamin A as supplements. Also try not to touch your eye lashes and definitely don't scrub them with a cloth when washing.

you can make them appear longer by using a brown mascara on the whole lash and then when it's dry use black on just the tips. You can make them appear fuller with certain mascaras.

I've heard that applying castor oil helps..... haven't tried for self.....
