I'm a packer fan and up here the whole thing is how long will Favre stay, providing he does. That aside, it's time to decide if he is a first ballot hall of famer. I just want to see what the nation thinks.

Brother, I am a DIE HARD Bears fan, so you already know what feelings we normally associate with The Pack.
But this is FAVRE.
There has been a few "good" QBs in my generation. Marino, Aikman, Cunningham, Montana, Manning, Brady, McNair, Warner, Chandler etc.
But again this is Favre!!

In my opinion he is not only the most consistent that I've seen in the last few decades, but the funnest to watch also.
He has broke my hopes of a Chicago victory many, many times. The master of last minute drives, a cannon of accuracy for an arm and , bottom line, the most classiest class act I've ever witnessed. I work for Greenheck in Ky. and they are owned by the Schofield, WI plant, and I get the Packers rubbed in my face for the last 10 years. We talk a lot of trash (as all rivals do in good fun) about who's better each year, But when it comes to Brett Favre there is pure mutual respect and adoration for his contribution to the game and for his love for the game.

Most definitely, hands down, no bones about it, a first round Hall of Famer!
I hope he stays for many more years. Who knows what he will do with this young team and new coach, and that is part of the excitement of Brett Favre. You never know what he's going to do next!

But ..........I didn't come to start no trouble, .............I just came to do the SUPER BOWL SHUFFLE!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely....no doubt, his consecutive game streak is one of the most impressive records in professional sports seein that he is a professional QB in the NFL. To kind of explain how impressive this streak is look at what happened to Rogers when he got the nod when Favre hurt his elbow a couple weeks ago, his first start and he got knocked out for the season. So that shows how durable Brett really is. He is also a few TDs away from Marino's record, soo he should def. be a first ballot hall of famer.

Brett Favre is unquestionably a Hall of Famer. I don't care who goes on the ballot with him, he is getting in regardless. The man has had a career that most quarterbacks only dream of having. I'm even thinking about going to his induction ceremony.

Brett Favre is a great quarterback and belongs in the Hall of Fame. However I think that Brett needs to understand that the longer he sticks around the longer he is postponing another young stars career.

Yes, Favre is a first ballot Hall of Famer. He still is the complete package. And he's fun to watch even after he throws a touchdown pass. He's a little kid again. I just hope he doesn't hurt himself lifting Donald Driver over his shoulder.

No doubt, as you can tell from the responses, if you polled 100 football experts surely at least 99 of them would call Favre a 1st ballot HOFer. The combination of his long career and consecutive starts, his record 3 MVPs, his accumulated stats, 2 NFC titles plus one Ring. Shoe in.

Yes, Favre should be in the Hall of Fame. He deserves it. He has had one hell of a career. Despite all the troubles with INTs in '05, that doesn't compare to his total career. He's such a role model to a lot of the Packer fans as well as other NFL fans.

I love Brett Farve and I believe he definitely belongs in the Hall of Fame! Not only that but he's still hot! Mmmmmm! hehe....

I wonder how much more he has in him when it comes to retiring or not. I think he should stick around at least another year or two!
