What are the steps to owning a hotel?

I want to own a 5 floor hotel with 48 rooms on each
the 2nd,3rd,4th,and 5th floors with a resturant/diner on site
and i need to know the steps to preparing to own and owning this hotel.

Note:This is not as simple as it seems.Only answer if you know
