Having worked in retail through college, I'd have to agree with the majority here and say parents who don't discipline are worse. I do however hate when I see parents always yelling at their kids, even if they're just playing or doing a typical kid thing. But.. unruly brats drive me nuts because I want to smack their parents!

is better obviously to discipline the child and to teach what is wrong or right...i had all those things done to me when i was only 7 (by the way i was spanked with a broom-stick not with the hand >.< ..)
well they shouldnt always yelli nor scream all the time cause that will cause hatred like i hate my dad as **** cause he always screamin with anger at me 24/7 for the smallest things...

Neither. Parents should discipline their children according to the deed they have done. Yelling, screaming and hitting teaches a child to yell and hit. Using time out and grounding the child is always the best.

As for those parents who let their children run wild in public, screaming, yelling and tossing fits - hit the parent!!!

I think parents who don't discipline are pretty much worse because those kids usually turn out worse in the real world. I would not want an abusive parent either... so I think no discipline is worse....even though the other is just as bad.

Parents who don't discipline at all. Parents who discipline too much, at least show that they care; i think its a sign that they want the best for their children. However, the parents who dunt discipline at all, are just plain... unresponsible. They shuld bring their kids up the right way. I seriously think that kids brought up without discipline have no respect for others and are rude. A kid grows up by observing their parent's actions...

I'd say parents who don't discipline at all. It's so freaking annoying to go down to the local target to try to find something and having to work your way around the unruly bastards who take over the toy isle and turn it into their own personal playground, all the while the mom is twelve isles over, cracking open a tube of Revlon lipstick so she can apply it once to cover up her cold sores before putting it back for some unsuspecting girl to buy later.

Definitely the ones that don't discipline you because They don't care and when you need help it hard because your parents don't care about what you do or what you say. So you really never learn right from wrong. So all that effects your grades, drugs, and even where you work beaus your parents never toke took the time to help you.

I despise the parents who don't discipline at all. I don't get mad at the parents who are yelling at their kids as at least they're trying to do something with the hellions they raised. Those that do nothing... I'd like to beat the bejeezus out of them. Unfortunately, they always seem to be in front of me in the checkout line.

Parents who don't discipline at all, because when their grandchildren come and behave that way then they will find the consequences of not disciplining their child in the first place and wonder why they act that way....
