wow someone above me sounds biased, i dunno if totti is second best in the world, nor cannavaro first, although he did hae the best world cup. however, if u are going on club achievements, ronaldinho is widely known as the best with i think Henry being a very close second, if only for the fact that he scores so frequently and consistently. as far as the other players u listed, Gerrard is next followed by kaka but it may be argued that other players like lampard , drogba, rooney and others are better than kaka or gerrard.

Seriously they r the best at the moment.Henry is fastest , the best finisher, Kaka can fit in any team unlike the rest of the three, Gerrard has awesome long range strikes, Ronaldinho's skills r unmatched. There is little to differentiate between them, but yet Henry is a personal favourite because he has such a swagger

Striker: Ronaldinho is the best followed by Kaka,T.Henry and Gerrad. For other categories it depends on thier fitness that day.

wait wait, Thierry Henry is the best. look at him last season, he pretty much took Arsenal to the Champs League final, and he actually did something in the 06 world cup while ronaldinho did nothing. Ronaldinho can never be as great as Ronaldo or Rivaldo, in any case i think Kaka is a more consistent player.
Henry to be top scorer in Europe, even though he's injured.

The problem is Henry more like a forward than a midfielder, so apparently he's not quite there in the list. It would be a bit different if you put Juninho or other mids not Henry.
