It's almost as bad as fake answers, like one person who is on page one of the leaderboard and answers questions "yes" or "no", and has gotten thousands of points that way.
I just saw one profile that always starts with "Help me" and then follows with the most ridiculous question, like "my sister still brst feeds her 18 year old son", and that one got over 40 answers. Another one says "my daughter beat me up over her bratz dolls" and it got 56 answers.

Just report them, don't post an answer, and ignore them - it's the easiest thing to do, and wastes less time than responding to their childish antics.
