No, it looks like I escaped a mental hospital, it is very bad. My drivers license isn't that bad, its just my passport.

I took and printed my own passport-style photo for use on my driving licence and it was accepted. As long as you have a printer of reasonable quality and some photo paper, you shouldn't have a problem. Make sure the photograph itself is a good resolution and meets all the requirements of a passport photo. : )

No. Not all. On my passport photo I resemble somebody from "The most wanted" list. Its an instant photo.
