THE BEST AND ONLY WAY to avoid morons like that, is to not answer the questions that are of a dubious nature in the first place - I see well over 3 to 4 DOZEN questions a day that I don't even bother answering, even though I could, simply because they are either so moronic or so stupid that they don't deserve an answer in the first place.
IGNORE THE IDIOTS - and if they're ignored enough, they go away....

There are all sorts of stupid people whose lives are so boring they spend it being nasty on yahoo. Isn't that sad?
I had one guy who answered a lady's question about why her baby wasn't kicking as much ( in other words, IS IT DYING) and his response was something stupid about a football team needing a kicker. when i called him out for being so thoughtless and rude, he got mad and actually STALKED me around the message boards. LOL!! It's still funny that someone would be rude to someone and can't take it when it's handed back! What a little girl he was! I'm convinced he is a 42 year old virgin typing on his mom's computer in her basement!
So no, you didn't derserve it, and yes there are people like that out there. Don't be ticked...just report them, and when they see the language used, they can revoke the ID and not issue another one to that IP address.
