You probably mean Voluptuous. This word means 'full of, or suggestive of, pleasure, esp. sensuous; pertaining to, consisting of, derived from, or ministering to, sensual pleasure; given to excess pleasure, esp.sensual'.
In current day usage, the term refers to a woman with big breasts who attracts the sensual in another person, though the dictionary meaning given above does not refer to any particular gender or part of body!

Most people use the term to associate it with a womans breast size meaning that they are large.
It can also be referring to a persons weight meaning that they are slightly heavy.
