In '06, the following teams were in the College World Series: University of Texas (champs), Clemson, Cal State-Fullerton, U. of Georgia, Georgia Tech, U. of Miami, North Carolina, Oregon State, and Rice. Any of those would be a good choice.

ANy of the traditional powers are great places to play.....Texas, Miami, USC, Arizona St, Florida St, Standford, Fullerton St, Long Beach St, Witchita St.......if you play in the power baseball conferences (Pac-10, Big-12, SEC, ACC) you will play great competition and get great coaching. The worst teams in these conferences are still very good teams and are highly competitive with anyone in the country.

Traditional D-1 powerhouses:

Texas
LSU
Arizona
Long Beach St
Georgia Tech
Rice
Florida

basically the good schools are all down south where you can play nearly year round.
