Tell me, What would tou do if you had a mother that left you behind years ago, lived with her after you turned

14, kept in contact for a couple of years, then you confront her when she gives you the cold shoulder. After, you have confronted her about it, she deknyes it, and then she keeps avoiding you. What or how would you feel?

My mother wasn't around much when I was young. But when she got older she more than made it up to me. I always thought maybe she was going through somethings that made her that way. I hope you have the same end result.

She doesn't realize how unattached she is to you. You believe in a stronger bond (obviously) that she does and she does not know how to give you that bond.

I know it must hurt you but realize that she is not capable of giving you the relationship that you need to have with her. The closeness will never be.

Some mothers aren't capable of being close to their children. It doesn't sound right but it just is that way with some. I have friends whose moms are the same way. The best thing they did was to give that relationship less weight in their life.

she doesn't want to take responsibility for what she did, maybe doesn't realiaze how it hurt you. she avoids u, maybe she just can't deal with confrontations. she needs to own up to it, if she doesn't do it, u will never feel close to her.

I would not even bother with her...I know she is your mom and all but she does not deserve your TLC or attention. Sounds like she does not care and share your love with someone who will show you love back_
