You can also try MPlayer. It's free. You can check out this site: http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/news.html
It plays just about everything. Before, I had a hard time trying to play some of the files i've downloaded from the net. Now, I just use MPlayer. It does the trick. It's user interface is not that nice though, but hey, if it works, why not use it?Ã

I would suggest an alternate piece of software. Real is a pos. Check out VLC Player. It is free, open source, and plays just about anything. And runs on most OS's.

You need to find the right codec or add-in to play these files. I would suggest checking the Real web site (http:\\www.real.com)
