Actually, there's someone that I do sing like & I can hit every note in every one of his songs without straining. Don't know why, but I can sing like John Kay of Steppenwolf. Yes, I think there are better singers out there, but I'm happy I can sing like one who's pretty good.

I would say someone with a large range such as Mariah carey because even though she does not use it in her songs, it is very powerfull, beautiful, and has a large octive range. I am a singer myself and she is definetly admired by me.
