Well it would depend on who the white racists consider as "white" - since most white racists also hate Jews, Catholics, Asians, Native Americans, immigrants (from anywhere), etc I would say its going to be the blacks because so called "white america" without Jews and Catholics for starters are a minority group.

Based on social tendancies it would be the white race. Reason being is white people have an ability and a propensity to organize. African americans tend to fight amongst themselves.
White people gravitate to a leader figure and will follow them, whereas African americans have a tendancy to negate authority.

whites of course. black people talk to much and just try to strut by showing how inconsiderate they are. there are more white people then black in the military, so that shows you right there we are one step closer if we was in a war. because we would have most of the weapons
