Don't over sleep. There is actually a trick to sleeping. Most people preform at their best mid-afternoon around 3'o'clock. Sleep no more then 9 to 10 hours a night. When you feel tired in the day just take short naps. Set a timer for 15 minutes and just relax. I promise you will feel better and not grouchy after you do this. Works in college all the time. Even in class.

Back to studying. ... read the material and look over your notes. Make an outline and take notes from your notes. This helps you learn the material. Make up examples for the items you don't understand.

I find it helps to stay away from the swarm of people cramming right outside the test room just before a test. If you don't know it 3 minutes before the test, you aren't going to learn it in that time.

A healthy amount of sleep is good. It helps your brain sort things out.

Study hard. Positive thoughts. Remember, it's just a test. There are lots of other things in life, too!
