between (outlawing abortion and eliminating the death penalty) or (allowing both abortion and the death penalty), which would you choose and why?

No mixing and matching...choose one or the other.

Keep them both. I don't think abortion is right for me but I certainly wouldn't feel right telling another woman that she couldn't. As for the death penalty, some people are not capable of rehabilitation. I think if you are not someone who can ever lead a normal life in which you are a productive member of society then you are no good to the world anyway, why should tax payershave to pay for you for the rest of your life?

Allowing both abortion and the death penalty.

Now, I do not approve fully of abortion, I would never have one myself. But in some situations, I think it's acceptable.
Same goes for the death penalty. For some, I think it's too easy, they don't really get punished for the crime they committed, but for others, I think "do onto others what you want done onto you".

I would chose outlawing abortion because the lives being terminated in this process are all innocent compared to those on the death penalty who are more than likely guilty.

Outlaw abortion and eliminate the death penalty. Save the babies and put the criminals in a cage with no outdoor time, no cable, nothing and just let them rot.

I would allow both abortion and the death penalty because I believe in a woman's choice and I believe that there are some murderers need to die because the only way to protect society from them is to execute the killer.

I'd allow them both because there are instances when both are right.
