I think the best time to do it is when you have missed your period and waited a bit, just in case you haven't started due to stress, etc. Due it when your gut says to you "uh oh, I think I might be pregnant". That's what I did, and well lo and behold I have a beautiful 10yr old daughter! BY ALL MEANS - don't wait TOO long before you check!

Best of Luck to you whatever you find out! And remember, there's a reason for everything. Ü

Generally the best time to test is as soon as you wake up in the morning after a good nights sleep, and after the day before being a normal one as far as eating, stress, etc. If you do that, you should get a result before your period is due, and a most accurate one if it is already late. It is accurate if positive, almost 100%, and if negative, you still may be pregnant, depending on your horomone level and date of conception.

I am sure that most on brand pregnancy tests are extremely accurate, don't get the off brand, because you don't save that much money, and you risk accuracy.

Home pregnancy tests are 99.9% accurate, (or there abouts). You will get a better reading if you take the test in the morning as your hormone levels are higher. (well thats what the tests say) I took one a few days after my periods was suppose to come and it was negative, 2 wks later it was positive. You can buy them in a pack of 2, so you can take one and if you feel pregnant or think you are take one a week later.

the best time to take pregnancy test is 2 weeks after the day you missed your period because you can get a more accurate result to that. you should use (to drop) in the testing part your first urine in the morning!

First off GL either way. I took mine about 6 days after missing a period but i also had a gut feelin to that i might be. I also took an EPT this time. I've always also had fast results with cheap dollar store ones, some do some don't... if you get one that says neg. then one that says pos. then i suggest goin on to the doc. to find out for sure.

depends. Most tests you can take 2-5 days before your missed period. If you take it 5 days before, the chance of it being accurate is less than if you take it 2 days before.

The best time to take a test is in the morning, first morning pee.
I would take one a week after your missed period. They are pretty darn accurate. The EPT is 99.5% right. Good luck!

The only 100% accurate pregnancy test is the blood test. Don't buy those crappy pregnancy test sold at the pharmacy.

The morning is the best time of day to use one, you have the most hormones in your urine. They are accurate, but you have to have missed a period.

generally, its said you are supposed to take them first thing in the morning because your urine is more concentrated from sitting in your bladder all night.. but they will work any time of day.. supposedly you get more accurate results if you haven't urinated in 3-4 hours, and if you aren't drinking a ton of fluids. the accuracy depends on the brand, and how close to your missed period you take it. look on the box. i usually use clear blue or ept.
