usally parents dont let their kids have partys because they dont think they're responsible enough. prove them wrong by doing things like helping around the house when your not told to, and doing choirs that your mother/and or father usually does. another things parents dont want to happen is to let there children grow up. its hard for them. let them join in but make it clear that sometimes you want to have some time with your friends alone. they can uderstand that. make them relize that you growing up is happening but make sure you tell them how much they mean to you. it will make it easier for them to let you go in the future. life comes at you fast. make sure your ready for it.

Talk to your parents about the party you want, how many people, food etc. Show you are responsible by having things organised invite list etc; then enlist your parents help.

TELL YOUR MOM TO GIVE YOU ONE CHANCE AND YOU WILL NEVER ASK TO HAVE A PARTY AGAIN. THE PROBLEM IS YOUR FRIENDS MIGHT HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF A THREE YEAR OLD.

usually your parents don't like to get annoyed, so don't use a booboo lip(although that sometimes workes on moms and dads who let their kid have or get everything). my parents are very strict and i just planned the whole thing and talked to them regularly. don't make it to where your parents would have to do anything except maybe chaperone. make sure you don't mummble and try to talk to them like your more mature than they think. and don't give them any excuse on why not to let you have a party. (if you clean around the main rooms of the hiuse and your room, they'll probably be impressed and let you.)

Save some money and send your mom on vacation... and say that you'll have some friends over for a cookout... that might work.... drinking involved? Are you 21? LoL.... Be careful no matter what she says; anything can get way out of hand..

Prove to her that you're mature enough. this is the only way. Be responsible. If your mother thinks you're not, then you probably aren't. mothers know best..

let her join the party, then she will see just how responsible you and your friends are.

Don't tell her anything and help her out with the chores and everything. Then if she is pleased, try bribing her. (make sure your mum doesnt read this!) :P

Tell them they'll be no booze, and no sex. Have fun!
