Absolutely not! If you can't afford to fork over the cash for designer clothes, then hit the outlets such as Nordstrom Rack, Off Fifth Avenue, the Last Call Neiman Marcus Outlet and Loehmann's.
All of those stores carry designer items at 40% off retail. Some of the stuff may be a bit out of season, but for the most part, it's not.

NEVER! The point on having designer clothes is to show you can afford them and you show the lable when you are wearing them. Fakes are just trashy and if people find out they will talk bad about you and will think you are a wannabe if you dont have 'the real thing.' Save up money and get real designer clothes.

If the original was waaaaaaay too expensive for me ($300 and up), if I really wanted it, and if the quality of the fake was EXCELLENT, then yes, I would. Otherwise, it's not a big deal. But I am into designer inspired bags. Check out this site: http://AmericanChic.net

If it was a nice looking piece, why not? But for the sake of a name? In the words of Shirley Bassey: NEVER NEVER NEVER. The whole point of buying a designer anything is the aesthetics and the quality. The fake as the aesthetics but not the quality. Like I told a friend of mine, tear off the label on the cuff of your suit. Other people don't have to know you're wearing Armani, but it gives YOU a nice feeling knowing that you are!

Yeah I would, if it is cheaper and looks good why not? You don't have to be a snob about it. I mean designer clothes you are just paying for someone's name, the quality is not better!

On my budget nothing but. Department stores here I come, like Wilma and Betty would say, "Charrrrrge it."

Sure I would, as long as the quality is just as good. I just wouldn't go around telling everyone it is designer.

nope because if you told p[eople they were real and then they found out its a fake, they would be upset or somthing, you never know, so it depends on what item of clothing and what you would tell other people.
