This is to the person who wrote that they feel Christmas is losing its sparkle as they are getting older.

I am 27 and felt exactly the same as you do now a couple of years back. BUT NOW I have a little boy who is 18 months old - we put up the Christmas tree last night and he couldnt believe how beautiful it was with all the lights out and just the lights on the tree. He just sat there pointing at the star on the top and clapping his hands when the lights changed their flashing pattern.

We hung him a stocking above the fireplace and I am thinking about what present to buy him - just to see him smile on Christmas morning!

So Never despair just when you have had enough of christmas your life can change - I now enjoy christmas MORE than when I was a kid!!

Merry Christmas!!

Frankly, I am in pain!! I work for a "major delivery service", wink, wink. I worked for eleven and a half hours today, and I feel like someone physically kicked me in the ***. I do love Christmas, and I will be really excited on the 25th, when I don't have the un-friggin-believable workload.

Merry Christmas, only one more Monday before the big day

Yes! I just got 100 dollars, and I'm ready to buy some great gifts! I love EVERYTHING about Christmas. Decorating the tree, eggnog, cheery Christmas music, giving presents (getting isn't so bad either ;) But I like giving more, believe it or not), Christmas decorations, hot chocolate while snuggled up all cozy and nice.

I would make it Christmas all-year round if I could.

I am kinda but more to see my kids' faces when they open their gifts, I honestly am finding it hard to get into the Holiday spirit this year, next week is the one year anniversary that my mother in law had double by pass surgery, it's just scary to think we could have lost her

The main thing that I'm looking forward to is watching my children open up gifts and see their faces light up with delight.
