Yes. When I worked nights at a hospital, we were told we couldn't make popcorn at night because the patients thought we were having parties. One night, others decided to make the popcorn, in the morning, when the head nurse came in, she smelled the popcorn and blamed me, stating, "2+2=you." Boy, was she wrong.

Not persecuted. I was once falsely accused of plagiarism, though, which really pissed me off.
